<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
– 23 September, 2014.<br />

<span lang="EN-US">After the death of
his mother, Bernard sought admission into the Cistercian order. "Three
years later, he was sent to found a new abbey at an isolated clearing in a glen
known as the Val d'Absinthe, about 15 km southeast of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar-sur-Aube" title="Bar-sur-Aube"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Bar-sur-Aube</span></a>.
According to tradition, Bernard founded the monastery on 25 June 1115, naming
it Claire Vallée, which evolved into Clairvaux. There Bernard
would preach an immediate faith, in which the intercessor was the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virgin_Mary" title="Virgin Mary"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Virgin Mary</span></a>." In
the year 1128, Bernard assisted at the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_of_Troyes" title="Council of Troyes"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Council of
Troyes</span></a>, at which he traced the outlines of the Rule of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knights_Templar" title="Knights Templar"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Knights
Templar</span></a>, who soon became the ideal of Christian nobility.</span></div>

<span lang="EN-US">On the death of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Honorius_II" title="Pope Honorius II"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Pope Honorius
II</span></a> on 13 February 1130, a schism broke out in the Church. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_VI_of_France" title="Louis VI of France"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Louis VI of France</span></a> convened a national
council of the French bishops at <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89tampes" title="Étampes"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Étampes</span></a> in
1130, and Bernard was chosen to judge between the rivals for pope. After the
council of<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89tampes" title="Étampes"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Étampes</span></a>,
Bernard went to speak with the King of England, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_I_of_England" title="Henry I of England"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Henry I</span></a>, Beauclerc, about the king's
reservations regarding Pope <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Innocent_II" title="Innocent II"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Innocent II</span></a>.
Beauclerc was sceptical because most of the bishops of England supported <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anacletus_II" title="Anacletus II"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Anacletus II</span></a>;
he convinced him to support Innocent.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Germany" title="Germany"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Germany</span></a> had
decided to support Innocent through <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norbert_of_Xanten" title="Norbert of Xanten"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Norbert of
Xanten</span></a>, who was a friend of Bernard's. However, Innocent insisted on
Bernard's company when he met with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lothair_III" title="Lothair III"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Lothair III</span></a> of
Germany. Lothair became Innocent's strongest ally among the nobility. Despite
the councils of Étampes, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wurzburg" title="Wurzburg"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Wurzburg</span></a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_of_Clermont" title="Council of Clermont"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Clermont</span></a>, and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rheims" title="Rheims"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Rheims</span></a> all
supporting Innocent, there were still large portions of the Christian world
supporting Anacletus. At the end of 1131, the kingdoms of France, England,
Germany, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Castile" title="Kingdom of Castile"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Castile</span></a>, and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aragon" title="Aragon"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Aragon</span></a> supported
Innocent; however, most of Italy, southern France, and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sicily" title="Sicily"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Sicily</span></a>, with
the patriarchs of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantinople" title="Constantinople"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Constantinople</span></a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioch" title="Antioch"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Antioch</span></a>,
and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerusalem" title="Jerusalem"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Jerusalem</span></a>,
supported Anacletus. Bernard set out to convince these other regions to rally
behind Innocent. The first person whom he went to was <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Gerard_of_Angoul%C3%AAme&action=edit&redlink=1" title="Gerard of Angoulême (page does not exist)"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Gerard of Angoulême</span></a>. He
proceeded to write a letter known as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Letter_126&action=edit&redlink=1" title="Letter 126 (page does not exist)"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Letter 126</span></a>, which
questioned Gerard's reasons for supporting Anacletus. Bernard would later
comment that Gerard was his most formidable opponent during the whole schism.
After convincing Gerard, Bernard traveled to visit the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Count_of_Poitiers" title="Count of Poitiers"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Count of
Poitiers</span></a>. He was the hardest for Bernard to convince. He did not
pledge allegiance to Innocent until 1135. After that, Bernard spent most of his
time in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italy" title="Italy"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Italy</span></a> convincing
the Italians to pledge allegiance to Innocent. He traveled to Sicily in 1137 to
convince the king of Sicily to follow Innocent. The whole conflict ended when
Anacletus died on 25 January 1138. In 1139, Bernard assisted at the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Council_of_the_Lateran" title="Second Council of the Lateran"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Second Council of the Lateran</span></a>. Bernard
denounced the teachings of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Abelard" title="Peter Abelard"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Peter Abelard</span></a> to
the pope, who called a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_at_Sens" title="Council at Sens"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">council at
Sens</span></a> in 1141 to settle the matter. Bernard soon saw one of his
disciples elected as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Eugenius_III" title="Pope Eugenius III"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Pope Eugenius
III</span></a>. Having previously helped end the schism within the church,
Bernard was now called upon to combat heresy. In June 1145, Bernard traveled in
southern France and his preaching there helped strengthen support against
heresy.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 200%;">
<span lang="EN-US">Following the
Christian defeat at the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Edessa" title="Siege of Edessa"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Siege of

Crusade</span></a>. The last years of Bernard's life were saddened by the
failure of the crusaders, the entire responsibility for which was thrown upon
him. Bernard died at age 63, after 40 years spent in the cloister. He was the
first <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cistercian" title="Cistercian"><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;">Cistercian</span></a> placed

<em><strong><span style="line-height: 19px;">by Nawawi Mohamad</span></strong></em></div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
How do you feel when someone keeps breathing down your neck, nagging, criticizing and meddling with your work right from the day you start work?</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<span style="line-height: 19px;">Yes, Mahathir or Dr M the former prime minister – hard as nails and some say ruthlessness personified – who defeated all other pretenders to his throne including Musa Hitam, Tengku Razaleigh and Anwar Ibrahim.</span></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<span style="line-height: 19px;">Dr M also removed Abdullah Badawi from power even though he had handpicked Badawi to succeed him. And this was how Najib came to power – given the green light from Mahathir to replace Badawi..</span>Well, if you want to know,<em> ‘tanya Najib’</em>. Yes, ask Prime Minister Najib Razak because that must be how he is feeling all this while. And worse still, the person doing the heavy breathing is not Mongolian beauty Altantuya Shaariibuu or wife Rosmah Mansor but Mahathir Mohamad!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<span id="more-47029"></span></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Yes, the old man was that powerful. Remember Tun Salleh Abas who was unceremoniously sacked as Chief Judge. Even the Malay Rulers lost their immunity against prosecution! It was then that dazzled by his own power, Mahathir began ruling the country like his own property, arbitrarily helping his sons and cronies to amass wealth beyond imagination.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
By comparison Najib, and for that matter Badawi too, have not been able to match the mega structures built by Mahathir, such as the still half-full office blocks at the Petronas Twin Towers, the money-swallowing F1 Circuit, the far from perfect Putrajaya and the ever rising tolls for using our highways.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Up till now, Najib has failed to eke out any real or lasting transformation programs despite having the gall and vanity to encourage the people to call him B<em>apa Transformasi </em>or the Father of Transformation!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
However, in gravy train department, neither Najib nor Badawi have been slouches. While they may not be able to drive the gravy train as well Mahathir and his sons, they too have supped and feasted well on the largesse that comes with near absolute power.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<strong>Fed up of Dr M’s backseat driving</strong></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
About to begin his second term as PM – if he is not thrown out as Umno president in the party’s elections later this year – there are signs Najib is now fed up with being in Mahathir’s shadow. He wants to be his own man but is not sure how. He wants to claim his own right as the elected Prime Minister, but is afraid Mahathir might get upset and squash him to death like a pesky fly.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
No wonder Najib is feeling peeved and rather insecure with all the recent talk of removing him from power in UMNO and taking out a no-confidence vote against him in Parliament. Obviously, Najib must feel he must do something and do it fast.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
He probably reckons his trump card was leading UMNO/BN to win the 13th general election. Whether it was by hook or by crook, UMNO-BN has won and UMNO has the biggest number of seats – 88 out of 133 to boot. To him, this took place at a time when the country has not been doing too well in every aspect; UMNO was in big trouble due to its never-ending infighting and scandals, while the BN component parties were in shambles too. Above all, the Opposition was the strongest ever. Could Mahathir win the GE-13 or for that matter all the previous elections if faced with the same problems?</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
And from here, the seed grows, a bulb suddenly lights up for Najib. Why not stand up to Mahathir and then inherit all the devious and lucrative ramifications already set up by the older man.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Of course for now, Najib and strategists will try to walk silently like Ninjas, delivering the killer blow when they are ready and without Mahathir even realising it. But wily old fox as he is, Mahathir may already be two steps ahead in this cloak-and-dagger game that he excels in.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<strong>Right time, right place</strong></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Mahathir was fortunate to be at the right place in the right time when the world’s economic growth was at its peak. Malaysia had lots of funds and needed infrastructure development while the Opposition was divided! Of course there were two economic recessions, but Malaysia still had the resources and national was nowhere near the record level it now is.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Yes, Mahathir can boast that he did it his way but what about replaying the script today amid the current shortage of funds, which has forced Najib has to consider imposing the unpopular GST?</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Within UMNO, the camps are divided. Some say that there are reasons for Najib to be removed from power, but there are just as many who think he deserves a second chance.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
This is what Najib is banking on. His strategists and media are playing it to hilt- from trying to win him sympathy and making him appear the ‘good guy’ to Mahathir’s ‘bad guy’, they are going for broke.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<strong>Najib’s chances</strong></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
But how strong are Najib’s chances of retaining the UMNO presidency and premiership? With Mahathir’s help – which would mean Najib and the rest of the country would have to endure the old’s man bullying and bitching for another 5 years till the next GE – it is certain he will be able to maintain his positions.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
The question is – what about without Mahathir? Can Najib take on other Umno rivals who are supported by Mahathir from behind the scenes for whatever Machiavellian reasons that Mahathir has? Chances are that in such an event, Najib would have to retire real early.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Could this be why Najib’s camp bizarrely leaked false news that he was to meet with Anwar in Jakarta? Was Najib trying to tell Mahathir, ‘hey, if you want fo fight, OK I too have a smoking gun!’ Or was Najib merely trying to play ‘good guy’ to Mahathir’s ‘bad guy’? When one considers the enormity of the implications, which would involve a unity government, chances are higher Najib was trying to tell Mahathir he can also play hard ball.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Then what’s next? Face it, for those who hope for national reconciliation, it definitely won’t come from Najib who can be expected to want the same unquestioned power that Mahathir wielded.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Anwar was just a means to an end. In any case, given Anwar’s mega popularity, he is too risky a rival for Najib to strike a deal with. Already, Anwar has won himself the tag of being the ‘People’s Prime Minister’ – something that Najib cannot be too happy about!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<strong>So what else can Najib do?</strong></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Well, he can just ignore Mahathir but this will only make Mahathir more determined to keep nagging and interfering. Not to mention, insisting on taking the driver’s seat on the UMNO gravy train. Which perhaps Rosmah might also want.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Najib can also ask his supporters to confront or counter attack Mahathir but Mahathir has instructed his supporters to do the same against Najib. Yes, Mahathir’s son Mukhriz – the newly-minted Kedah Mentri Besar – has said he will back Najib to remain as PM and Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin to stay as DPM. But remember, nothing is cast in stone and Mahathir is the master of last-minute sleights of hand!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
In short, Najib will have to use all available ways to fight Mahathir. In the coming weeks and months to the UMNO internal election, Malaysians can expect ‘movie’ after ‘movie’, ‘drama’ after ‘drama’ although most of these will tend to be either disaster flicks or outrageous comedies.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
After all Mahathir has so many ways and resources at his disposal. And he is so experienced in this type of guerilla warfare. Not to mention, former sidekick Daim Zainuddin is never to far away to offer diabolical schemes and plots if the need really arises to evict the Najibs from Putrajaya.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Finally, Najib can also seek the help of some <em>’bomohs‘</em> (spell casters) as he was previously reported to have done to secure the PM’s post. Rosmah too is watching like a hawk. After all she stands to lose all the status, the kow-towing, the glamor, the charging of expenses to the PM’s Office, as well as spending public cash if Najib is ousted.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
<strong>Will Najib survive or bite the dust</strong></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
So will Najib be ousted? And who will replace him? Will it be Razaleigh but does he really have enough support to win a no-confidence vote against Najib when Parliament convenes later this month? At this point in time, there is more doubt than confidence that the Kelantan prince will finally get to achieve his dream of becoming PM.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
“Ku Li will need Mahathir’s support, that’s for sure. But will Mahathir forgive and forget so easily? We think it is not impossible but only if Najib makes a wrong move and gets Mahathir all uptight and worried. Two desperate men, and I mean Ku Li and Dr M, can easily defeat Najib but how desperate is Dr M to form an alliance with Ku Li,” a political source told <em>Malaysia Chronicle.</em></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
Or will Najib’s replacement be Muhyiddin? Yes, Muhyiddin lacks charisma but a lot of those who have worked with him says he is capable of reasonable output. With Home Minister Zahid Hamidi roped in to provide the charm (Umno-style anyway), Muhyiddin cannot be written off. But a dark horse, he will remain.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">
So, by and large, these are the players. As the drama staged by the Najib camp unfolds and is countered and feinted by his rivals, Malaysians can look forward to a lot of laughs in the weeks ahead. Intrigue is set to bust the UMNO ceiling!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.65em;">

<br />
Well, both of them are corrupted to the core. It is unjust if we were to put all the blame on Najib as he inherited a country torn apart with debt by the Sleeping PM Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.<br />
<br />
Mahathir the longest serving PM has legitimate point, however, his time has already pass. He is a Malaysian like all of us. He need to at least have some respect to his successor. But don't blame Mahathir, he look upon this nation as his child. And as a strict and loving father, sometimes he need to pull out the whip and smacked some sense into his children. I think Mahathir loved his country more than his own children.<br />
<br />
The main point is, we need to understand that both PM has their pro and cons. As a citizen of Malaysia, until this country is taken over by someone better, we have to respect their decisions.<br />
<br />
It is better to have PM like Mahathir and Najib. Anwar on the other hand will always look into the mirror and reminisce his time as the TPM. He was the prodigal son who could have been much more. He failed to secure his place as the PM of Malaysia. Now he is on a rampage, destroying everything just so he can avoid jail time.
<br />
1. Atas dasar apa kita menyokong Palestin. Adakah mereka pernah membantu kita?<br />
<br />
<br />
3. Jika benar seperti dikata oleh para teori konspirator Islam di seluruh dunia, maka Israel sebegitu kuat maka lawannya akan tetap kalah. Buat apa lawan kalau dah tahu kalah?<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
7. Jangan jadi hamba penipuan penjual senjata api.

<a name='more'></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
1. BIBLE MASIH BELUM DIPULANGKAN.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
2. PERKASA MASIH MENGUGUT AGAMA LAIN.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
3. ISU KUIL DAN RUMAH IBADAT MASIH BELUM DISELESAIKAN.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
4. PENGGUNAAN NAMA ALLAH DALAM MAJALAH THE HERALD BELUM DISELESAIKAN.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
5. PENYATUAN ANTARA ORANG ISLAM & KRISTIAN DI SELANGOR BELUM TERLAKSANA. </div>

Robin Williams, the Juilliard-trained actor and uncontainably exhibitionist comic who became one of the most dazzling all-around talents in show business, winning an Academy Award for a dramatic role in “Good Will Hunting” and Emmys for his stand-up work, was found dead Aug. 11 at his home in Tiburon, Calif. He was 63.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div id="U8003689313072GxF" style="color: #333333; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.8em; margin-bottom: 24px;">
The Marin County Sheriff’s Office said that a preliminary investigation indicates the cause of death was a suicide due to asphyxia but that an investigation is continuing. His media agent said he had been battling depression.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.8em; margin-bottom: 24px;">
Long fueled by an alcohol and cocaine addiction, Mr. Williams was a motormouthed and unpredictable entertainer in whatever medium he was working, whether movies, television, Broadway, or gala performances before Prince Charles of England. “In England, if you commit a crime, the police don’t own a gun and you don’t have a gun,” he told an audience, referring to the tactics of London police toward criminals. “So it’s, ‘Stop . . . or I’ll say stop again.’ ”</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.8em; margin-bottom: 24px;">
He was a satirist, an Oscar-winning dramatic actor and a mimic of everyone from Carol Channing to Jack Nicholson, from a British actor rendering “Hamlet” to a ghetto tough to Henry Kissinger channeling the morgue-voiced actor Peter Lorre. Mr. Williams delighted in singing Bruce Springsteen filtered through the voice of Elmer Fudd. He once said he took a crash course in Russian and was so good that he fooled real Russians into thinking he was one of them, “or else Czech or Polish.”</div>
<div id="U8003689313072OVC" style="color: #333333; font-family: Georgia; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.8em; margin-bottom: 24px;">
Audiences gravitated to his profane comic riffs on guns, drugs, God and politics. Of Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former bodybuilder and Hollywood-action-star-turned-California-governor, Mr. Williams equated his branding as a moderate Republican to “a Volvo with a gun rack — you don't see a lot of them.”</div>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Apa kata kamu lihat dan contohi ketua pemuda kamu yang benar-benar memahami kaum bukan Islam. Khairy Jamaluddin perlu dijadikan contoh dan teladan. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
</div>

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;">In dealing with international politics & wars we
need to be rational in making our decisions. It is because anything that we
decide will not only effect the ideological aspect but also economical and development
aspect.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> As
one of the most developed country in Asia, Malaysia truly needs to understand
its position in the global economic scale. Yes, we have the buying power as
most developed Asian nation; this is similar to the buying power of
Indonesians, Singaporeans and Thais. However, we need to understand that our
foreign and domestic investments are also connected to our people as product
users.</span></div>
<a name='more'></a><o:p></o:p><br />

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> That
is why we can see many companies opt to have their factory in Malaysia. Ford,
JT Tobaccco, British American Tobacco, Coca Cola, Pepsi and many international
companies choose Malaysia as their second base of operations. This shows that
we are a well trusted and rational country that understands professionalism of
doing business.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> Now,
we do understand the necessity to condemn any act of terrorism whether it is
done by the Israelis or the Palestinian. But is it wise to boycott something
that we need. For example Mac Donalds foods and beverages, they are made to
ensure people who bought their product will have fast and healthy food to eat.
In this fast paced way of life, we need Mac Donalds as it is convenient and
easy for us. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> Even
FACEBOOK is said to have a relation with the Israelis. Can we boycott FACEBOOK
while our campaign on boycotting Israel related product is on FACEBOOK pages?
Can we do that? Irony isn’t it? <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> Other
than that, where is the proof that all the global companies have any relation
with the Israel Defence Force (IDF) or the Israeli government? Is there any
receipt on their contribution to Israel? Did they publicly state their support
for Israel?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;"> Did
you know that Hugo Boss & Boss products were supporters of Hitler, must we
boycott Hugo Boss? Other than that, if you are thinking of boycotting Mac
Donald and other fast food chains in Malaysia, what will happened with the
staff and workers in that particular businesses? Many of them are Muslims
Malays. Do you have any option for them to work if the business break down?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-ansi-language: EN-MY;">We need to train our people to think first before

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;">As
we all know, the political unrest in Palestine/Israel has been going on for
years. Ever since the end of WW2 Palestinian Arab’s and Israeli’s Jews has been
attacking each other. Now in the new millennia both parties are taking it to
another level by engaging their enemies in cyber war.</span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"></span></div>
<a name='more'></a><o:p></o:p><br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> Pro-Palestinian & Pro-Zionism
are taking their fight to the alternative media where both sides are arming
themselves with pictures and videos showing the might of each other armies. The
Israel Defence Force (IDF) is using the media to garner support from the world
to accept and support their cause in fighting the Palestinian. While the
Palestinian armies (Al-Qassam Brigade, Hamas & the Palestinian Police) are
using the internet to show what Israel has done to the people of Palestine. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> We accept the fact that the war is
not between Judaism & Muslims but it is one army (IDF) against the
Palestinian Civilians (ordinary people who bear arms to fight against their oppressors).
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> Not all Palestinians are Muslims;
many of them are Arab Christians and even some Arab Jews. The problem is, even
if we the Christians support Palestine, the Muslims themselves are at war with
their own brothers. Just look at Syria and Egypt, the problems with most Muslim
countries is that they are not ready for democracy. All that I can say is,
whenever foraign countries like the USA has their hands in matters pertaining
to the doctrine of democracy in a Muslim country, it fails miserably. Egypt was
actually fine under Mubarak before democracy; Saddam was actually effective in
controlling Iraq. And best of all, the time before the Taliban was much better
as the Taliban (Taliban was a product of the CIA) destroyed every civilization
that the Afghanistan had. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> You see? Each and every time the
world tried to change something for another country, it ended up being worst.
Now, the Mufti of Saudi Arabia has declared a fatwa against the support of
Palestinian people and their effort against the Zionist Israel. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;"> A Muslim cleric (grand Mufti of
Saudi) has issued a fatwa regarding on this matter. We all know how much the
Muslims love their clerics. Should we defy his fatwa and continue on our
support for the Palestinian?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Christians
from all over the world should STOP supporting Palestinian for now. We must look
into the situation carefully. We don’t want a war with the Muslims again just
because we are supporting Palestine.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Kami di Christian United For
Penerbangan Malaysia (MAS).</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Justeru
Yesus. Walau bagaimanapun terdapat banyak teori yang mengatakan tentang
kemalangan yang benar-benar menyentuh hati rakyat Malaysia.<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Apakah pihak MAS
terlalu ambil lewa tentang keselamat anak kapal dan krew mereka? <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Mungkin
akhirnya hampir 300 nyawa melayang.
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJ4bej7PF10C4hEBzeDc-XtfhPXSlIiNY7yrVe1KC11dcfcxvR0SVso9dT7VMtXneZ4A2-VU1Xk2MroTF3UN1407iT2VqrEhbyq9-rxdXKo-KZiYfVTpacY7AVEXuNGt_HDTWrXFb5EvA/s1600/no-weapons-cross-russia-border.si.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJ4bej7PF10C4hEBzeDc-XtfhPXSlIiNY7yrVe1KC11dcfcxvR0SVso9dT7VMtXneZ4A2-VU1Xk2MroTF3UN1407iT2VqrEhbyq9-rxdXKo-KZiYfVTpacY7AVEXuNGt_HDTWrXFb5EvA/s1600/no-weapons-cross-russia-border.si.jpg" height="356" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Kita
menggangu negara orang lain. <o:p></o:p></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
Kesimpulannya
Ya! Sekali lagi saya katakan bahawa memang sebanarnya
kejadian ini satu kesedihan. Tetapi jangan lah kita terus menghukum dan
menyalahkan orang lain kerana mungkin ianya merupakan kesalahan kita sendiri. <o:p></o:p><br />
<br />
Wahai Bapa yang berada di Syurga,<br />
Selamat kanlah mereka,<br />

<br />
<br />This is the 2nd aircraft tragedy that has befall Malaysia. As a country, we must stand united as one and support our authorities in trying to find out what really happened in the crash. We pray that the lives lost in the crash will be accepted by God, in his loving arms. And we also pray that the families of the victims to be strong and patient in this time of need.<br />
<br />
<br />
Those who are involved must be brought to justice. The Ukranian Government & The Russian Government need to be on their toes. They must answer to Malaysia and to the rest of the world how on Earth this monstrosity could have happened.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
It was said that the MH17 plane was shot down because of the design. The plane "stripes" is similar to that of Vladimir Putin's private jet. However, it is duly noted whether it is a mistake or not, the Russian and Ukranian government need to be proactive in finding the cause of this particular mishaps.<br />

<br />
<br />
Shah Alam is blessed to have such a charismatic MP such as Mr Khalid Samad. What did Khalid Samad do for Shah Alam you might ask. Well, he basically liberated the "Malay" city from its old ways. Khalid Samad freed Shah Alam from traditional Malay thinking. The need to abandon conservative thinking is important in order for the community to be able to cope with globalization. <br />
<br />
Here are the list of what he did to ensure Shah Alam become a more liberal and advanced community:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi96YiMHaxL4v_3Tbujc4D5L7RY8yuhpu5iFozJPESqk0JI79iL6k5OPgzubWGBqUn1mjlnFizYCV7PZzfHHmwfQ_avT9O1sJh4bqWS3vCt7iqQhqop1079nCNSvy5FJQhgJLghgzoVDGI/s1600/KHALID+SAMAD+CARLSBERG.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi96YiMHaxL4v_3Tbujc4D5L7RY8yuhpu5iFozJPESqk0JI79iL6k5OPgzubWGBqUn1mjlnFizYCV7PZzfHHmwfQ_avT9O1sJh4bqWS3vCt7iqQhqop1079nCNSvy5FJQhgJLghgzoVDGI/s1600/KHALID+SAMAD+CARLSBERG.png" height="320" width="313" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<ol>
<li>During his first few years in office, Khalid Samad visited the Carslberg Beer factory. Even though during his election campaign, Khalid Samad and his Pan Islamic Party (PAS) supporters were blaming UMNO for the existence of the factory but during his tenure as the Shah Alam MP he supported the Carlsberg company and even asked them if they wanted to make the factory bigger.</li>
</ol>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. This is one of the many massage parlor that is a booming business in Shah Alam. Before Khalid Samad took over as the MP of Shah Alam, massage parlor was non-existence. If guys were to have a little bit of fun, they would have to go to Puchong or KL. But now it is in front of their homes .Good Job YB.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

3. Wow... Just totally wow.. Stacks and stacks of beer is on sale in Shah Alam. Good Job YB Khalid Samad.<br />
<br />
<br />
Now, I don't agree with much of Barisan Nasional policies but however, I do think Khalid Samad is really just another "talk cock" politician. He did not do anything for the people of Shah Alam, and he was jumping on the Kalimah Allah/Murtad/Christian supporter bandwagon just to make sure that the people would see him as a hero. This PAS member need to understand the fact that WE CHRISTIAN ARE NOT FOOLS! You attack MAIS & JAIS, while you should be the one who unite us. Christians & Muslims can work together. Just not with stupid people like Khalid Samad.<br />
<br />
You attack JAIS & MAIS just because you say that their work is against the constitution. You Khalid Samad! try your best to be the hero of Christians while you refuse to see the backlash that will come to us in the future.
<br />
<u><b>13 May satu permainan yang amat berbahaya:</b></u><br />
<u><b><br /></b></u>
<br />
<br />
<b><u>Muhyiddin Yassin Vs Lim Kit Siang. </u></b><br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
<br />
Pasal isu 13 May yang kononya mengatakan Muhyiddin Yassin mengeluarkan kenyataan mencabar orang Cina.
<br />
Sebenarnya saya berpendapat bahawa yang benar-benar mahukan 13 May kembali adalah Lim Kit Siang. Betul....
<br />

None has claim. All have claim.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;"><br />
<!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Well, I tried my best to quote the character Balian Baron of
Ibelin in the movie Kingdom of Heaven. Directed by Ridley Scott, the movie
shows how the Christian desperately tries to defend the city of Jerusalem while
the Muslim/Saracens led by Saladin has a field day killing Christian Soldiers
and mocking Guy De Lusignan who became the King of Jerusalem for a few
days. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Now, I really don't care about the historical fact of the movie.
What I want to say is that, what is happening in Jerusalem now is quite similar
to what happened in the past.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">If you look at the Christian characteristic of that time, they are
similar like what we see in Muslim Extremist today. In the first few scene
where Balian was brought to Mesina (a port in Italy I think), there was a guy
standing on a rock. He stood there alone and keep saying the words "To
kill an infidel is not a sin, its a path to God". It is similar to the
Muslims nowadays. Before every attack, Guy de Lusignan and Renald De
Chattilon would scream “God Wills It”, personally I think this is similar to
the Muslims “Allahuakbar”.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">You see what is happening here right? Muslims are becoming like
the Crusaders. That is why they will not win any wars in any time soon. But we
Christians learned our mistakes and becoming more like Salahadin. Salahadin
believe that God do determine the results of battle, but it is also won by
preparation, the absence of diseases, technical and tactical aspect of the
fight. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Personally I believe in peace and harmony. Where all the races and
religion in this world would be able to sit down together and settle dispute by
peaceful means. However, this is not the case in today’s situation. Hatred
between races and religion has overcome us. Politician are pointing their
fingers to one another and developing a racial war that everyone of us should try
to avoid.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">The peace and harmony in Jerusalem is still elusive. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">We pray that God will protect the innocent, regardless of their
religious faith. Amen. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0cm;">

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">No wonder Muslims in Malaysia are so uptight. The don't feel the LOVE. </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
We all know what "khalwat" is about right? I've been living with Malays all my life. One of the most feared "bala" (not Bala the P.I. who made all the declaration against Razak Baginda) is "tangkap basah" or "khalwat" or "close proximity".<br />
<br />
Some of my Malay friends are so afraid of it, if their GF is in the house alone and scared they would not go in. They just sit at the porch, while their GF is inside. No close proximity for Malay Muslims ok... It's a BIG NO.... NO...<br />
<br />
To think that the Prophet Muhammad or in fact Allah (referring to the Muslim God) himself never mentioned about "khalwat" and the punishment of Khalwat... That is because according to Islam... Khalwat basically is not a sin... But it can be a "gateway" to a sin. (meaning SEX lah)... There are even saying that goes like if a man and a women together, Syaitan will be their third wheel. But the point is, Khalwat is not a sin and should not be trialed as a against the Syariah law.<br />
<br />
Now these pejabat agama people, like to conduct searches in houses to find whether people are sitting together with their unmarried partners. Once caught, they will ask them to bring RM 3,000.00 for each individual to court. (Maximum penalty is RM 3000.00). And this particular act or punishment has never been stated in any holy books in Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Torah and The Epic Writings of Spehenie Mayers (woot...woot..) never mentioned about Khalwat or Close Proximity...<br />
<br />
If it is not a sin, why punish these people?<br />
<br />
Did Mohammad the Prophet in his conduct searches and raids as conducted by JAIS now?Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10003451580252677891noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7847008740234446656.post-47125656908823127052014-07-07T23:44:00.000-07:002014-07-07T23:45:53.977-07:00Ku Nan And The Homeless: What Would Muhammad Do?<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">

<strong style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">SANDAKAN (Herald Malaysia):</strong><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;"> The Filipino Pastoral Community (FPC) of St Mary’s Cathedral Parish held its Silver Jubilee Celebration, themed Jesus Christ Risen Saviour on Saturday May 31 at St Joseph’s Church.</span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">The anniversary celebration commenced with the Flores De Mayo (Procession and Crowning of Mother Mary) at St Joseph’s Church, a mere five kilometers from town. Filipino parishioners gathered at the Church at 4.30pm to recite the Rosary and thereafter proceeded into the Church in a colourful procession led by children. Parishioners brought along flowers as offerings. The event, in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary, marked the close of the Rosary month. </span><br />

More than 300 Filipino parishioners participated in the celebration including some 30 FPC members from Tawau. </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">In his homily, Fr Thomas said that the celebration was not just the Silver Jubilee of the Filipino Pastoral Community but the Feast of Ascension, the close of the Rosary Month and Pesta Kaamatan. He invited the Filipino community to continue to journey in faith with joy and to step forth to participate in the life of the Church, remaining always as authentic witnesses. We are to remain united with Christ through the Eucharist, a memorial instituted and given us by Him. Staying close and experiencing Him will give us eternal life. </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">By praying the rosary, we are uniting ourselves with Mother Mary. We draw closer to Christ through her intercession. He commended the community for it’s role in uniting the people, a testimony of church /community life. </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">The dinner reception was held at the Parish Hall after Mass at around 7.30pm. In his message to the community, Fr Thomas said, “By your active collaboration you have given the parish a ‘Catholic’ identity. Your active participation has become the catalyst of renewal and transformation in the parish especially in the early days of the missionary era of the Catholic Church in Sandakan.” </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">Siony Fiel, the Chairperson of FPC, shared that, “Twenty-five years is really a long, rough and winding journey. God has been good and has been showering His blessings upon the community. Our FPC has moved forward, taking one step at a time in our commitment in the many church ministries and activities, be it spiritual, social or material.” </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">She hoped that the spiritual values strongly grounded in the community will pave the way for the next generation to respond in serving the Church. To-date, there are some 500 families registered with FPC. </span><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><br style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 22px;">During the dinner, members of the community presented some interesting performances to the delight of the audience: folk dances, contemporary dances, sketches, live rendition of songs, slide presentation on the past 25 years of FPC, and a cappella by the FPC of Tawau. There was a presentation of ‘recognition and appreciation’ awards to senior citizens and members who have contributed to FPC.
