God's anger over gay marriage may be behind floods, says politician

The leader of the Christian People's Alliance has said it is possible the storms that caused widespread flooding in the UK last winter were the result of God's anger over gay marriage.
Sid Cordle made the comments during an appearance on BBC Two's Daily Politics when he was asked his views on a UKIP politician expelled from the party for making similar comments earlier this year.

Dont blame UMNO: MCA has lost it.

We here at CU4M are not a fan of UMNO. There were a lot of times where we are seen criticizing UMNO leaders. We still think that UMNO should change it policies to accommodate the rising number of Non-Muslims in UMNO. 

But then again the question arises, why did the MCA administration is blaming UMNO for PAS's Hudud? Suddenly, Wee Ka Siong stated that they will part with UMNO if UMNO accept PAS's Hudud. I thought, PM Najib Razak is clear on the matter. 

Stop stirring up trouble MCA. UMNO is the lesser evil if we think of PAS's Hudud. Show your support to UMNO. Yes, they are corrupted. Yes, we need better management. But at least no Malaysian will lose their hands or heads just because PAS's god said so. 

Malaysians have yet to fully understand hudud

Malaysians, even the Muslims, have yet to fully grasp the workings of the Hudud that the PAS government wants to implement in Kelantan. Academicians concur that this is the reason why even Muslims are sceptical and remain at a loss on how the Islamic criminal code will be implemented. 

The lack of awareness and understanding on Hudud is very much due to the fact the laws are not openly taught to the society.

I've been watching some Muslim-Christian debates recently, and frankly, the Christians don't usually do very well. Here are three reasons I think this is true.

We received news that the ever prolific ABIM (Angkatan Belia Islam Malaysia) has already join our cause in providing a better Malaysia for Malaysians. We can see this in the 28th February gathering where an ABIM representative was present in the inter-prayers ceremony held in Kajang.

ABIM is a group of young Malay Muslim youth are dedicating all their strength to ensure that all of the religion in Malaysia is free from the tyranny of the Government and Islamic authorities prosecution.

It is a common, even clichéd saying that the American Civil War pitted "brother against brother." Certainly, the conflict divided the nation as the seceded Southern states fought for independence, while the Northern and Border states fought to preserve the Union. Even within the sections, there were politicians, civilians, and soldiers who sympathized with the other "side." The issues of Slavery, "States-Rights," and the meaning of the Federal Constitution created passions and hatreds, which leapt from the ballot box to the battlefield. Even churches— especially churches— were prone to this division. Each section, denomination, and parishioner believed God to be on their side.
