Despite having Christian members inside of one of the most powerful political parties in Malaysia, UMNO's recent foray attacking Christians in Malaysia is just to much to be tolerated.

We at the CU4M condemns any action, that will destroy the sanctity of Article 11 of the Federal Constitution in Malaysia. UMNO leaders should understand, as the "big brother" in Barisan Nasional they need to be more sensitive about making statements.

What if we the Christian of Malaysia would deprive our Muslims brothers and sisters their rights to pray in our shopping Mall and many Christian or non muslim owned establishment? Will they be angry? The same goes to us. Just let us be. We are not bothering anyone at all. Stop attacking the Christians.

However, if they tried to test us again all of these UMNO freaks of nature will fail! They are an abomination, and it is God's will that we the Christian of Malaysia will do what we can to preserve our faith.

The Malaysian Crusade: Allah issue threatening racial unity

KUALA LAMPUR: Prime Minister Najib Razak is struggling to put things in perspective and ended up instead insulting his own intelligence. First he goes to declare that MCA needs political “viagra” to get its act in order.

Maybe Najib was being cheeky by taking a dig at former MCA chief Chua Soi Lek whose extra-marital affair came to light after he was caught in the act and which led to him quitting mainstream politics.

But then the “viagra” analogy did not go down well with both MCA and outgoing president Chua. Still, Najib, however, was far from perturbed, oblivious to the fact that associating MCA with “viagra” was the worst co-relation he could think of.

Then came the issue concerning the use of the word “Allah” by the non-Malays. During the Umno general assembly early this month, Najib had insisted that “Allah” was exclusive to the Muslims.

It did not end there. The premier later dropped hints that it was best Christians ended its battle over the “Allah” row and abided by the Constitution.

Najib’s biased and undemocratic stance has further divided an already divisive nation. To outgoing Archbishop Murphy Pakiam, this was the last straw that broke the camel’s back which led to Pakiam openly castigating the premier saying it was Najib who should stop preventing the Catholics from using the word “Allah”.

Responding to Najib’s call for Muslims and Christians to end the national-level debate over the use of the word “Allah”, Pakiam on Christmas Day voiced his worry that Najib’s insistence that “Allah” remain exclusive to the Muslims was inciting right-wing groups against the Christian community.

To Pakiam, it was Najib who was adding to the confusion by saying “Allah” can only be used in Sabah and Sarawak, but banned here in the peninsula.

“But still, he is the prime minister, so I have to pray, God, please help him to see his mission, his duty for the whole country, not for just Umno, ,” Pakiam had lamented.

The row over the “Allah” issue undeniably had a hand in Pakiam tendering his resignation as the Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur on Dec 6 upon reaching the retirement age of 75.

To some, the speed with which the Vatican accepted Pakiam’s resignation raised alarm bells, with some speculating that the Vatican was disappointed with Pakiam’s “soft approach” over the “Allah” controversy.

The episode started in 2008 when Catholic newspaper The Herald was ordered by the Home Ministry to stop using the word “Allah”.

The Catholic Church took the matter to court and won a High Court decision in 2009 upholding its constitutional right to do so.

Unhappy with the court verdict, Putrajaya counter-challenged the decision and was successful in overturning an earlier decision when the Court of Appeal on Oct 14 this year ruled that “Allah” was not significant to the Christian faith.

Most of us know Guy Fawkes from the movie V for Vendetta where the main character of the movie wears his mask. The character also known as V (or number 5 in Roman Numerics) was seen as a domestic terrorist in the future Britain where the constitutional monarchy was replaced by a communist/nazi like government. V (the character) commit his first act of terrorism by blowing up the Old Bailey (which is currently a famous criminal court in Britain).

We are here now not to discuss about the character V in the movie, but the mask that he wears which is supposed to be an image of the Legendary Guy Fawkes. We know for a fact that Guy Fawkes also known as Guido Fawkes was a Christian (A Roman Catholic to be exact), and was a soldier for the Catholic Spain Army who fought in the 8 year war against the Protestant Dutch Reformist. 

He was caught guarding a massive amount of explosive while trying to assassinate King James 1 and intended to restore the throne with a Catholic Christian King. 

Guy Fawkes was a hero for Catholics all around the world.

Guy Fawkes was a hero who tried to restore Catholicism in the English monarchy. He is seen as a symbol of hope that one person if he/she has the conviction to Catholicism and the ideology of a Christian Catholic nation can make a change. 

A Change That Will Shook The Very Foundation Of The World. 

Our hope to have a Christian Malaysian nation is brighter as more Malaysian wears the face of the martyr.

7 Prayer Requests for Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu and Johor Flooding Victims

The Kuantan Flood. 

Heavy rain has caused flooding around Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Kelantan and Johor resulting in the evacuation of thousands and three deaths.

According to Utusan Malaysia, "Kuantan, Pahang saw more than 7 inches of rain in 24 hours, shattering the town's 95-year record for rainfall."

The National Weather Service released this warning: "Major flooding/flash flooding event underway at this time with biblical rainfall amounts reported in many areas in/near the foothills.''

Bernama reports that mudslides have hindered rescue operations.

Prayer List

1. Pray that if anyone is still trapped by the flooding, that they will be rescued.
2. Pray for the flooding to begin receeding.
3. Pray for the safety of rescue personnel (PDRM, BOMBA, JPA3 and the volunteers) as they work in risky conditions.
4. Pray for Christian disaster relief personnel and churches to have opportunities to meet the needs of the flooding victims.
5. Pray for housing for the homeless.
6. Pray for government officials to have wisdom in making decisions regarding the flooding victims.
7. Pray that God would be glorified in the midst of this tragedy.

A Christian MCA President in the next 10 years?

The idea of the MCA having a Christian President is possible if not probable. The Chinese in this country has long been represented by the two most powerful political entities in Malaysia the MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association) and the DAP (Democratic Action Party).

Most of the DAP leaders are known Christian. There are even big names in the Christian community who are currently the leaders of DAP. Theresa Kok, Hannah Yeoh just to name a few.

We are a legion if we work together and ensure that all of these parties are conquered by our Christians. Regardless of our political ideologies and political affiliation we must ensure that the government must be controlled by Christians.

Even UMNO has their Christian leaders that we can supports, Datuk John Embong from Penampang for example is a Christian leader in UMNO.

The word of God is equal to the Bible. The Bible contains the good news/gospel of Jesus. For me I comprehend the Bible as, Basic. Instructions. Before. Living. Earth! But Bible is not the only way to spread the word of God, it is also through our actions.

But the question remains, why should we spread the word of God?

As we know we are Christians, and we are the chosen people from God. So we are the soldiers/children of God, and we have to follow, and we have a duty to fulfil here on Earth.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 28 — Siti Aishah Abdul Wahab, who was recently rescued from 30 years of alleged slavery in a Communist collective in London, could not be persuaded by her fellow Malaysians to give up her political beliefs in the 1980s, her acquaintance has said. Fariddah Ismail Cook, who had studied in the University of London, described Siti Aishah as being “very firm” in her political beliefs. “I believe at that point in her life, no one could change her mindset and her political views,” Fariddah was quoted as saying by the New Straits Times (NST). 

Is it slavery if she is voluntarily joined the "political" movement?

           According to Fariddah, she had heard about Siti Aishah from an Indonesian couple working at the university’s School of Oriental and African Studies. “They tried to persuade her, too. So, whenever I was on my way to lectures, I would engage in a discussion with her. Although she was gentle, passive and not at all aggressive in her approach, she was very firm in her beliefs,” she said in an interview at her house in London. Fariddah provided a glimpse of Siti Aishah’s activism in the university in the 1980s, depicting the Malaysian as wearing a black Mao jacket while giving out leaflets. “I know that she was still around in 1981 and 1982. She was always with a group of people - non-Malaysians. I would say that she was very much led and never the leader. While there were others chanting slogans, she was more in the background, distributing leaflets,” she said. Looking at Siti Aishah’s pictures in newspapers prompted Fariddah to recall an encounter on a “cold winter day” decades ago, where the former was distributing leaflets alone on the steps of the university’s SOAS. “Our eyes made contact and I was very sad, thinking how she had turned her back on everything to support this ideology in which there is no place for God,” Fariddah said. According to NST, other Malaysians in London, including the late religious scholar Abu Bakar Hamzah, had also tried to talk to Siti Aishah but failed to get her to leave the Communist collective. 

Communism not only destroys the soul of a person but also their lives and their family. It is so sad to see such a person who would have a promising future but throw it all away for a sick ideology. 

Yesterday, Malaysia’s Inspector-General of Police confirmed Siti Aishah’s identity, even as UK’s Scotland Yard refused to divulge the identity of the 69-year-old Malaysian victim whom they said was still “traumatised” by her 30-year captivity. UK newspaper Daily Telegraph had quoted a retired teacher, Kamar Mautum, as saying that she believes the Malaysian victim is her sister named Siti Aishah. Kamar was reported by the Daily Telegraph as saying that Siti Aishah had studied at one of Malaysia’s most elite schools, eventually winning a Commonwealth scholarship to study surveying in London. Siti Aishah reportedly moved to Britain in 1968 with her then fiancé, named Omar Munir by the Daily Telegraph, but was soon involved in extremist politics, eventually giving up everything to follow a Maoist doctrine. The Malaysian victim was one of three women rescued from their two alleged captors — named as India-born Aravindan Balakrishnan and his Tanzanian-Indian wife Chandra Pattni — in a flat in Brixton, south London, on October 25. The other two victims are a 57-year-old Irish woman and a 30-year-old Briton. Police said the three women were brainwashed and had reported being beaten, but did not appear to have been sexually abused. Balakrishnan and Pattni, reportedly the leaders of an extreme Maoist collective, were arrested last Thursday for allegedly detaining the three women against their will, but have since been released on bail pending police investigations. On Tuesday night, Kamar left for London in hopes of being reunited with her long-lost sibling, with the family’s last contact with Siti Aishah said to be in 1982. NST also reported today that Siti Aishah’s ex-fiance Omar Munir expressed gratitude that she was found. His daughter Dayana Omar Munir said the 70-year-old professor was shocked by the news and is not ready to meet anyone yet. 

For us in CU4M prays that Siti Aishah would come home to her family. Any religion is better than no religion. We hoped that Siti Aishah would come to her senses. Malaysian from all religion prays that she is doing well and return home.

Salvation cannot be obtain through human made ideologies. The absence of a divine presence will disrupt the natural order of the world.
